Select ESCOM - as BESCOM. enter the connection id 8. Enter Occupancy type as Owner/Tenant 9. Enter mobile number. verify mobile number for communication by OTP and submit.

If the transfer has happned you can see your name. Click on the hyperlink next to it. That will be the sakala number.  7. A pdf will get downloaded. Use the sakala number as password.
