Steps to download form 9 of khata

 1. Go to https://e-swathu.kar.nic.in/(S(xxy0vzjqbikb05wnd20mvt4j))/Issue0fForm9/Frm_PublicSearchForm9.aspx

2. Keep your property id handy(Used to pay property tax. can be found in sale deed)

3. Enter property ID(can be found in sale deed - page number 13 around, schedule c. generally starts with 150200 for us and also sms received for RDPR.), and select form -9

4. Enter the following details

• District - Bengaluru
• Select Block - 1502004
• Select Gram Panchayat - 1502004013
• Property id - [The id from sale deed]

5. Click on search  It will list the documents.

6. If the transfer has happned you can see your name. Click on the hyperlink next to it. That will be the sakala number. 

7. A pdf will get downloaded. Use the sakala number as password.
